Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns for abayas and khimars under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
With tags attached
In original packaging
Returns outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.
Important Conditions
Items with perfume, odor, makeup, or any signs of wear will be refused
Items must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
Khimars must be handled with care due to hygiene standards
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Please wait for approval and instructions before sending your item back.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after being received
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
You will receive a confirmation email once completed
Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Exchanges
Must be requested within 3 days of delivery
Items must meet all return conditions
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Customers are responsible for shipping costs
We must receive the original item before sending a replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged item:
Contact us within 48 hours
Include your order number and photos
We will review and resolve the issue

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings
Minor stitching variations are not considered defects
